The popularity of smart phones has made reporting to work via mobile phone a convenient option. By installing the mobile reporting APP, each operator can report for work independently. Operators use their phones to report output and abnormalities, and quality control and shop floor supervisors use their phones to confirm. Even if they are not in the company, managers can log in at any time to check the production progress of the workshop.

work process:
- The job reporting APP cannot be run independently of the APS. After APS scheduling, the production plan is released to the mobile phone by shift. When you open the mobile phone, you can see the production plan of each equipment.
- Mobile reporting is different from MES’s single-piece reporting, which adopts batch reporting. The operator reports the day’s production progress into the system when the work order is started, completed, and when the shift is changed.
- After the work report is completed, APS regularly reads the production progress and can be used to update the production plan.
- The mobile phone saves work records, which can be used to calculate piece-rate wages and evaluate the output of workshop teams.
- Some workshops restrict employees from carrying mobile phones. You can use a PAD instead of a mobile phone, fix the PAD on the accessory of the equipment, and use the PAD to report work.
