Provides a complete set of decision support, using demand forecast as the data source, using advanced algorithms to reasonably arrange production plans based on parameters such as the number of days of product consumption, overall inventory capacity, and minimum product production volume, and based on actual shipment dynamics Adjust the polyplan, split the monthly product demand into daily demand, and create reasonable demand orders
  • Production process management: Automatically create production work orders based on sales orders, and manage the entire process of work orders including material preparation, material issuance, production, reporting, warehousing, and completion. When demand changes, the production work order also changes accordingly.
  • MPS production plan: RateERP can automatically create the MPS master production plan, calculate the start and end time of the sales order, and calculate the start and end date of each work order under the order. At the same time, it performs a complete material analysis on each work order and calculates each The work order’s material collection date is generated, and a material shortage list is generated, eliminating the trouble of manual material checking.
  • MRP and procurement management: Based on the time of the MPS master production plan and the BOM structure, material requirements are automatically calculated, procurement requirements are generated, and purchase requisitions are created. The material procurement required for production is automatically calculated by the system, and temporary procurement is managed manually.
  • The current version of RateERP does not include financial and personnel management modules, and users can use it with independent financial software.
