• Cooperating with the APS system, mobile phone reporting is executed according to the APS schedule. After logging in, the system will display a list of planned information that the current equipment should produce in that shift and corresponding progress information.
• The work reporting page has detailed order information and an area where the quantity needs to be filled in. Orders can be reported, paused, and pushed to other equipment. If the work reporting process control is enabled, the reported quantity is not allowed to exceed the completed quantity of the previous process.
• When the equipment needs to be shut down due to abnormalities or other reasons, the equipment can be shut down. The system requires the user to enter the shutdown type and shutdown instructions for subsequent statistical inquiry. When the equipment is in shutdown state, the user can also restore the equipment to its normal state.
• Managers can query equipment exception time and processing results
• Personnel with relevant authority can conduct quality inspection and confirmation on the reported work data. If the reported work quantity is incorrect, the reported work quantity and defective quantity can be corrected.
• If you need to temporarily produce other orders, you can temporarily change the planning information by pulling or pushing orders. Pull and push orders have constraints on producible devices and will not pull or push to non-producible devices.
• If the user misses reporting work, he or she can make a supplementary report of the order through a person with supplementary reporting authority.
