Ruite Technology’s MRP system is similar to an ERP system that does not include financial management functions. RateMRP uses the APS algorithm and uses limited capacity mode to calculate production plans and material requirements.

RateMRP focuses on the production technology and process management of manufacturing enterprises and has the following main functional modules:

• Production process management: Comprehensive management of the production process according to the needs of APS.
• Demand management: vendor management, sales order management. Supports backup and production-to-order modes. The stocking method can automatically create stocking orders according to sales forecasts and safety stock standards.
• Production work orders: Automatically create multi-level production work orders based on demand, and achieve multi-level work order matching based on the principle of matching.
• MRP calculation: work order material analysis and MRP calculation, work order material shortage list and material demand plan are obtained, and the procurement recommendation plan is generated based on the combination of material attributes.
• Purchase Order: Automatically create purchase orders based on MRP calculation results, track purchase order progress and allow users to maintain delivery plans.
• Production progress: It can be used with the mobile APP to realize workshop reporting and track the production progress of all work orders. It can also be manually reported in ERP to record daily production progress.
• Piece-rate wages: Enterprises that adopt the piece-rate wage method will produce piece-rate wage reports through daily workshop reporting.
• Invoicing: The system has basic purchasing, selling and inventory functions, and can realize basic invoicing operations such as purchase and warehousing, inventory counting, production picking, sales outgoing, returns and exchanges.

RateERP is suitable for enterprises: small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises that have not yet introduced ERP. The current version of the system does not include financial and personnel management modules, and users can purchase financial software separately for use.
